We invite your group, float, band, or vehicle to march in the Hollis Old Home Days Parade!  It takes place on the morning of Saturday, September 17, 2011 starting at Hollis Brookline High School.

Below is the online version of the application for participation in the parade.  Please fill it out and click "Submit Application" at the bottom of this page to submit it.

PARADE ENTRY FEE

In order to help defray costs of Hollis Old Home Days, we have implemented the following entry fee/donation schedule for parade participants:
 

Parade Entry Type Fee
Themed floats, marching bands, non-profit organizations, community organizations $0
Antique vehicles, other vehicles without commercial or company identification or advertising $0
Commercial vehicles or displays for a "for profit" company with no themed decorations $100 (per entry)
State and federal political candidates campaigning (including ANY signage, banners, chanting, advertisements, announcements, floats, etc.) for an elected office or groups representing same (must be paid two weeks prior to parade date) Single candidate/alone: $100
Up to 5 in marching party: $250
Up to 10 in marching party: $500
11 or more in marching party: $1000
We always welcome all of our local Hollis elected and in-office political officials including Selectmen, House Reps, State Senators, Executive Councilors, etc. to join in the parade at no fee, of course, and thank you for your diligent work in our community! $0

(NOTE: The Hollis OHD Parade Committee retains the right to determine the Commercial or Political Candidate designation of any parade participant.  The entry fee may be waived for other contributions to the Hollis Old Home Days event as approved by the Committee.)
 
FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS: As the date draws nearer, we will mail (or email) all parade participants an information package noting detailed line–up times and locations and other information regarding this grand parade.

After clicking the "Submit Application" button below, you will be taken to a page where you can submit the parade entry fee, if any is owed based on the above fee schedule.  The fee can be submitted online using a credit card, or a check can be mailed.  Details will follow on the next page.
